Hi, I’m Reggie - a certified health coach, plant based foodie, and former hospital social worker turned wellness advocate.
For years, I lived in survival mode - fatigued, overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles of stress, poor sleep, and emotional eating. Sound familiar?
My wake up call came when I realised I was showing up for everyone but myself. That’s when I hit reset. I traded burnout for balance, processed food for plants, and bandaid fixes for lasting health.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through my 12 week Plant Based Reset, I guide women to reclaim their energy, calm their mind, nourish their body, and build healthy habits that actually stick. This is a safe, non judgemental space where we focus on progress, not perfection.
